Modern Motherhood Panel @ Allbright

Modern Motherhood - with Clemency Burton-Hill and Guests.

Breast-feeding, maternity leave, birthing rooms, body changes, mental health concerns, inequality. Women are confronted with hundreds of new questions and issues when they become mothers, and it’s not always clear where to go and who you can talk to. Our all-star panel will talk to broadcaster Clemency Burton-Hill about it all, from women’s rights at birth to the realities of being a working mother, with a frank discussion of body image, social media and postnatal depression, as well as the joys that come with modern motherhood. On the panel will be Candice Brathwaite, co-founder of Make Motherhood Diverse, Rebecca Schiller, director of Birthrights, the charity for human rights at childbirth, Clemmie Telford, creator of the parenting site Mother of All Lists and Helen Thorn, a standup comedian and one half of the UK’s No.1 parenting podcast, Scummy Mummies.
